History
Note: This history is entirely fictional
The Rifle-X is a name given to an experimental Anti-Materiel Rifle developed by the JOHN ORD company under the BW line of advanced weaponry. Utilizing railgun-esque technology, the weapon was able to achieve a very high projectile velocity as well as stopping power. The weapon was only given to users who were deem suitable to have the weapon.
General Information
The BW Rifle-X is one of the more powerful guns in the game, doing a flat 1000 damage at all ranges and although it has a reduced headshot multiplier, it still does a respectable 2250 headshot damage at all ranges. Combating players with the Heavy Armor Suit would require multiple body shots to kill while needing only two headshots. It also has the ability to do damage to vehicles and bypass the shield of the Shielded Armor Suit due to the weapon being classified as a Anti-Materiel weapon although doing damage to the former is not advised due to only firing at 60 RPM which is slow by most standards but average for a bolt action rifle.
The weapon has a velocity of 3000 m/s which gives it the fastest bullet velocity in the game. This in turn gives players an easier time to land their shots on a distant moving target and if needed, hit vehicles easier especially aircraft. It also boasts a rather large magazine at 15 rounds which does give it some longevity though its reload times are still lengthy at 3 seconds.
